History
RoboJob was founded in 2007 by Luc De Ceuster and Helmut De Roovere. Because gross margins are falling year after year, and manufacturers in the machining industry are increasingly being confronted by rising salary costs, a shortage of qualified CNC operators, increasing demand for flexibility, and subdued market prices due to the global economy, RoboJob is convinced of the need to break the long-standing relationship between man-hours and production output.
RoboJob aims to use its user-friendly robot systems, which automatically load and unload CNC machines, to provide solutions for the problems of today (particularly for small and medium-sized series) and thus guarantee the long-term survival of the machining industry.
25 years' experience in the machining industry
As a subsidiary of Aluro Group NV, RoboJob is able to rely on 25 years of experience in the machining industry. The founders of RoboJob have also been meeting high international standards for the past 20 years when it concerns the design, production, installation and maintenance of industrial machines.
Thanks to financial assistance from the parent company and innovation subsidies from the Flemish IWT (Agency for Innovation via Science and Technology), RoboJob was able to fully concentrate on developing unique and innovative robotization concepts. This led to the first RoboJob IRS-CW being launched at the start of 2011. In only a year and a half's time, we installed no less than 40 RoboJob systems in Belgium and the Netherlands, and a number of variations to the basic model were developed, tested and launched on to the market.
